Master at least 3 sports/outdoor activities that you like and get experience 5+ sports/outdoor activities
If needed, try a new sport every week: rent equipment and sign up for a class. Some of the popular sports & activities in the U.S. include skateboarding, surfing, rock climbing, camping, hiking, mountaineering, snowboarding, skiing, running, yoga, dancing, golfing, football, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball, and cycling ... etc.
Learn to watch sports.. popular games in the u.s. - football, baseball, basketball, soccer, golf.. etc
Monitor and record your communication style and improve. 1:1 communication, presentation, functional communication, emotional communication.. etc Take classes if needed.
If you don't have a job working with others, start shopping for yourself, per occasion. If you have a job working with others, part-time or intern, find the appropriate work attire that works for you and get trained in the language.
Identify at least one friend who you think can take care of each other, grow together and hang out
Introduce yourself to meet new friends and respond to introductions
Get comfortable with small talk. Talk to at least one stranger each week.
Learn how to BBQ
Host a house party and invite at least 1 friend, at least once a year
Open your social accounts on YT, IG, FB, Tiktok and learn about the platforms
If your background involves sensitive geopolitical risks (such as China and/or Taiwan), get to know your history and culture and current international situations.
